Jack White

This album box set features a selection of songs from the span of Jack White’s career (The White Stripes, Solo Work, Collaborations). The common theme of “home” throughout White’s music was the inspiration for the project. Split up into three albums (Home, Settler, Nomad), the cover art of each album is a reflection of the places he inhabited and the music he built around his environment. Jack White was a man of many hats, which is readily seen in the variety of music selected for this special edition box set. The box itself is constructed of book board with an acrylic window that creates a stained-glass effect from the patchwork of acrylic pieces used to construct the window. Just as the pieces of the acrylic window illuminate the contents of the box inside, so do the puzzle pieces of Jack's music, his songs, come together to illuminate the effect of his roots on his person. In addition to the box and records is a lyric book that features imagery of White and relevant imagery sourced from the Library of Congress Archive.
